I used to think most plastic surgery was kind of "lame" but then I got to the point where I wanted something done

"... if there's one thing about your body that you really want to change, and it's not something that can be changed through diet or exercise, then why not do it?"

I agree with this statement, Carrie. Of course, one has to be able to afford it also. I also have large breasts. I'm not considering a reduction, but I would love to be able to afford a lift. At 45 with 2 kids, gravity has not been kind -- I don't need them bigger or smaller -- I just want them where they belong ;-)

I can see your point, but I also see what Liv is saying. While most of us think it has stemmed from society, I think for some people it hasn't. It's about how they feel about themselves -- through their own eyes for whatever reason. For many it may be breasts, but for others it's gray hair or make up.

I had just posted to Carrie that I would love a lift. There's no way I want my breasts to be bigger, and I can always wear a bra to put them where they belong -- but I would like them to live in the same zip code that they started out in for my own benefit. It would feel great to wear tank tops or strapless dresses au naturale ;-)

I am a rather small woman and my breasts are proportionate. They are fine and I love the look of them in the mirror.

I will say that at 49 one benefit of having less than large breasts is that

Hi Mrs P!

It's nice to see you this evening.

I'm trying to work my way over to the Pouter's Club. There have been a lot of posts during my absence.

How are you this fine evening?

I have been told by my wife that there IS a such thing as too long, at least for her... She had a college bf who was @ 9". When they had sex, he would almost always slip and go too deep which she said hurt like heck. She said it actually ruined the sex part because she was always bracing herself for the eventual "slip"

My wife is somewhat younger than I, and it seems she and her friends have always had
