There may be exceptions, but in general he might grow a bit more at most, from 1/16 of an inch to 1/8 of an inch.

Welcome to the board alyssa115.

Males can continue to grow throughout puberty, which lasts until the age of 21. Each individual grows at their own rate. Since normal puberty can begin as early as age 11, and last as late as age 21, growth during that time will vary for each individual. There's really no way to tell if your BF has finished growing or not.

Also, the fat pad (on the pubic bone) can make a difference in the size of the penis. If there is more fat, it actually covers up part of the penis length. As people gain weight, the fat pad will get larger (shortens penis), and as the person looses weight, the fat pad will get smaller (lengthens penis).

Hmm what about the idea the brain is the largest sex organ and as you both continue learn about each other and how to please each other it just gets better. Oh and a smaller than average (part) can feel large if you are not lubed up first, even to the point of pain for both (more for the lady I can only guess).

Well, she didn't ask about the largest sex organ, she was asking about her BFs penis. I'm sure for both of them it varies in size within their brains from time to time (LOL).

I think you can safely say that an 18-year old guy with a 7.5" penis is most likely past puberty, and probably won't grow much more, if at all. I asked my DH earlier tonight when he stopped growing and he said he stopped growing height-wise when he was 18, but his penis had achieved its full length at 15, with the most dramatic increase between 11 and 13.
