My husband and I have been togather for over three years and he says that my clit never gets loose it still like a virgin. Why is this?

One or both of you need an anatomy lesson. Your clitoris isn't "tight" or "loose". It can be "erect" or not.
If you're referring to your vagina, then if it's too tight, he's not giving you enough foreplay to relax your vaginal muscles, or to create lubrication which enables you to be "just right"......not too tight or too loose. It really doesn't matter if you've been married 3 years or 30 years, or if you've had no children or 5 children, barring some sort of trauma, if handled right, the vagina will expand to whatever size it needs to.
Dakine is right, the clitoris can't be tight or loose, it becomes erect when aroused.
I agree with the others, and I agree that you AND your hubby should study www.the-clitoris.com when you have time...well worth it.
Is it possible though that he was just having fun blurting out complimentary sweet nothings without worrying too much about perfection or accuracy? We men kinda do that from time to time, lol. Just a quick thought/guess.

WOW!!, You certainly don't have to be an ass about it!
Did I offend you? Too Bad!
The point I was trying to make is, no matter how often, or how many times in the same day we make love, my vagina never "expands to whatever size it needs to",as you put it.
It always stays the same size, and my husbands' member is large.
Have you gone to an ob/gyn and discussed this problem
Hey heyyyyyyyyyy, slow down there ladies (and others)
Firewoman didn't say she had any problem (quite the contrary I would have thought) just asked the question. At the risk of ~inflaming~ things further, I would say I agree with the poster who said that it stretches to accommodate whatever's required (even a baby - eek!) BUT that it gets pulled back into shape & size once that whatever is removed, depending on the muscle tone; that recovery of size will be quicker if you have young, OR fit, toned, pelvic muscles.
