I am not sure about wrestling -- but playful tussling is fun. The size difference between my SO and myself would make wrestling pointless -- unless he lets me win. I guess the closest thing we get to that is tickling each other (where the other is trying to stop it). I mean, seriously, my honey has over eight inches and about 100 lbs on me so anything I do to him is totally by his consent (which is actually cute in itself). I do like to be playful!!

But yeah, I know where you are coming from. It is a safe way to be physically agressive with each other yet it is still erotic.

I do like your kiddie pool idea!!!

(E, if I wasn't in love already with a great guy......)

This is hilarious! I grew up with two brothers so believe me, I KNOW how to wrestle! Along with boxing, throwing a football correctly, dunking a basketball....you name it. I was the total tomboy until about 7th grade.

Anyone caught lying on the floor in front of the TV in my house was met with an instant "Dogpile" call and everyone came running and piled on top of you!

My DH and I used to wrestle all the time when we first got together. And after the boys came along, they would run to help Mommy, when I would call for their help, every time Daddy had me pinned, jumping on his back and pulling him off by the neck. LOL! Nice to have backup.

Don't do it too much anymore but once in a while, one of us will get that wicked gleam in the eye.....and watch out! Someone's going down.

OK, Lois, now you got me thinkin' of 101 ways to finish your incomplete sentence. Such is the way of the creative mind ;). And thanks!

Yeah, I understand about the size thing. Of course, as you alluded to, it would not--under those circumstances--be a competitive event.

One advantage of being a 5'7", 145 lb. guy--as opposed to a guy with your BF's generous physical dimensions--is that I get the pick of the litter when it comes to more evenly-matched women with whom to wrestle! The downside of that, is that half the female population doesn't want to date a 5'7", 145 lb. guy. Fortunately in my case, once I've successfully coerced them into meeting, I've usually been able to win 'em over with my unique brand of charm and wit ;).

Hope all's well, and thanks for the response!

Mr.E....my husband and I have always wrestled, not with oil though and not usually during sexual times. We just like to play. He's a lot stronger than I am, but I'm also not weak--I give him a good time. ;-)

I wonder though about something you said: How it's about touching. I've been around a lot of young boys over the years, and I wonder if it's something sexual. It seems to stop around puberty when their interest turns from boys to girls. tee hee Then they become homophobic and God forbid a boy touches them--then they truly want to wrestle them! ;-)

Speaking of wrestling...anyone see Brokeback Mountain? They did some bare-chested wrestling in that movie that caused their boss to do some questioning. LOL!

Nope, but I'm planning to. Hopefully it'll stay around long enough, but I can always catch it on video. My housemate saw it though. I'll have to ask about that scene.

A former boyfriend and I used to wrestle all the time. It would really turn him on, and rolling around trying to pin each other always led to a spirited roll in the hay. I was a college athlete (swimming), almost his size and know just a little judo, so I could give him a run for his money. Would it bother you dating a woman who could pin you in a competitive match?
