Toy for prone massage

Hello All,

Occasionally, I give DW a sensual massage before "playtime". The massage itself includes swedish massage strokes as well as touches and kisses to more intimate areas. We have plently of toys but I'm looking for something that she could use while laying prone face down. I'd like it to be "hands free" so that she can simply relax. I want to be able to continue using both of my hands as well. Things like rabbits, eggs, Hitachi wand etc all either need to be held or would be uncomfortable to lay on. Does anyone have any thoughts on something that could be positioned on the bed, she lays down on it and I give her a massage? Any thought come to mind?

Thanks

Paul

I've used two different style vibes for this: a wearable butterfly style vibe, with a g-string that holds it in place; and our G-Swirl G-spot vibe. The latter requires that I use my knee to keep it from slipping out of her while my hands continue with the massage strokes.

Paul, I'm wondering if something like a Lay-A-Spot would work. Those are contoured for a woman's body.

Here's a review from Freddy & Eddy that talks about it being nearly hands free (do the dot thing)

I've been looking around. These kind of toys may work but before I spend $50, has anyone used something similar to these.

Snugglepuss

or

I've also had another thought. The problem with many of the toys like the Hitachi wand is it would not be comfortable to lay on. Even most mattresses don't have enough give to absorb the bulk. Does anyone own a large body pillow? Could you lay the wand on the pillow, then lay down over the wand. The wand snuggles down in the pillow. Anyone want to test this out for me?

Hmmm..... thinking out loud here..... and no experience with it to be able to say one way or the other..... but I wonder whether something like the cone might work?

Thanks Steve.

Does anyone have personal experience with the cone. I've glanced at it before but have never touched it or squeezed it. One of the positions they show is laying prone on it. It must be pliable because it looks only more comfortable than sitting on a thumb tack.

So can anyone tell me about their experience with it?

Thanks

I think the Layaspot or the LELO Lily would be ideal. I have the Lily and I love it! I actually keep it in my purse. Anyway, it is contoured and so small that you could certainly lay flat on it without any discomfort. Also, it has a great range of intensity, and you could adjust it as needed.

The Cone is a wonderful toy, and you could certainly incorporate it into your massages. If you were to lay down on it, you wouldn't lay directly on top of it, that would hurt. You actually place it between your legs so your clitoris and labia are up against the base. The Cone is much larger IRL than most ppl expect. I love my Cone, though, and give it 10 stars.

I have a toy that I think is similar to those:

http://healthyandactive(dot)com/g-rock-massager.html

It works great for hands-free, but personally, I think it lacks power. I don't know how that would compare to the toys you selected. This one takes 1 "N" battery. I do like the way it turns on and off -- very easy to operate in that respect.

I think you asked about the wand and a pillow. I think it gets too hot to work laying on a pillow.

I use pillows alot Paul and although I adore my wand and use it frequently. Hands free is something rather difficult. If you put the wand on a pillow even a body pillow it still moves. you might be able to wedge it into a particular spot so that it wont move but it vibrates the bed and the mattress absorbs the movement. I have a memory mattress so that absorbs lots of movement. Good Luck.

"As you rest or do other things with your hands, the cone does all of the work. Inside its little brain are 16 different programs. They range from gentle vibrators to a wild sequence of pulsations."

This is from a Cone description.

Suki,
Does the cone cycle through different programs or do you push a button to move from program to program?

Paul, I also remembered there is a relatively new cushion for use with the wand. It doesn't look like it would be comfortable to lay on though, so I don't think it will work for your massage.
