My Dh is out of town for the day for meetings and feeling very down the past week or so. I just called his cell b/c I knew he had a meeting now and would have it turned off. I didn't say anything, I just held it up to the speaker and played our wedding song, then hung up. If you haven't alrealy, why not do something sweet to let your SO you are thinking of them? A note, their favourite dinner, a call at the office. Who doesn't love to be reminded that they are loved?

What a super sweet idea. DH has been dying to use a dinner gift certificate we got for christmas and see me all dressed up in a dress and the new high heel boots he got me for christmas. I am going to try to make that happen tonight for him. Maybe I should get a client to text him to meet him at the bar and I could be there already dolled up? T, you've really got me thinking now.

The other day, I could tell the stress was getting to DW. So I left work a little early and came home, and pushed her into bed and took the kids upstairs, and just let her sleep. Then when she woke up, I sent her to Home Depot to pick out some paint and get a few things for the new house (something I knew she would enjoy), then I gave her $10 (so she would have no excuse like "I forgot my debit card"), and told her to stop and get a coffee, and even bought her a couple of magazines to take with. I told her under no circumstances is she allowed to come home before 8:00, the kids bedtime.

She did PRETTY good, but added an errand in, LOL, but the next day she said she felt MUCH better, and I could tell she was much happier yesterday!

Of course that counts! If you happen to benefit at the same time then well...that's just gravy!

Ahh, does having the furnance fixed to where all rooms of the house have the same output - thus enabling me to walk around our bedroom nude without freezing my butt off count!LOL

It counts-provided your DH is in the bedroom awake when you walk that way.

Joel, you're the sweetest. DW is one lucky lady.

I bought a matching bra and thong today. I guess that counts.
