Fantasizing During Sex

I feel a little guilty. Been married for four years and I've fantasized before, but only generally (movie stars, musicians, etc.). The other night we had AMAZING sex. But I was fantasizing about someone I know. This is someone we both know, that I go to school with, who is involved. For those of you who've been married longer, is this normal? Should I be worried here?

I do not think you need to worry.

I wouldn't get too concerned unless you start to think about the same person regularly, and when you're outside of the bedroom too. I don't think that there is much harm in the occasional fantasy or crush as long as it remains a little something for yourself that you keep to yourself.

"They" as in men?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you thought you might act on it. If you thought that were a possibility just be certain to avoid situations that might lead to trouble. I think a good analogy is that if you are trying to get into swimsuit shape again its a good idea to keep the temptations (hostess cupcakes or any chocolate for me) out of your easy reach :)
