Question about the "O"

Hello, i'm new here, but i've been "lurking" for a few days now. My DH and I have been married for 2 1/2 years, and we rarely go more than a week w/out having sex (except for the 6 wk periods after our kids were born, even though we didn't wait the full 6 wks) He's a very quiet person in bed, but i have done things to him that make him scream out loud. He's also VERY good at oral. The problem is, I can't climax when it's just intercourse. Since we've been together, i've climaxed during "regular" sex maybe 6 times (and we've been having sex for over 4 years) Is there anything i can do to make myself climax without any outside stimulation?

Good question, I would also like to know if anyone has an answer to that. I am also new here, in fact I just stumbled on this website about 10 minutes ago. I have been with my husband for 7 years and married for 2 1/2 years. Oral or manual stimulation is the only way I can achieve the "BIG O"

You both are members of an exclusive "club" for women who cannot reach orgsm during intercourse alone. my wife is also a member of this club. They say that about 60 percent of women cannot orgasm from penetration alone, so I guess it is not THAT exclusive a club.

My wife needs clitoral stimulation and also uses a vibrator to enhance her enjoyment. I assist her in getting her pleasure, so she is never left unsatisfied. She told me long ago to give up my quest to make her orgasm through intercourse alone.t is just too frustrating for her, and she says that the pleasure she gets is just great.

Both of you are perfectly normal women. Over the years, I've read from various soucres that anywhere from 60 to 70 percent of women rarely or never have orgasm through intercourse alone.
It can be frustrating, but as long as you're having orgasms, just enjoy them. There are some women who only orgasms through masturbation or they don't orgasms at all.
