Anal Sex Question - Scared!! Please Help

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of quick questions...

1. I had anal sex for the first time about 2-3 weeks ago. Ever since then, I feel like I haven't been the same down there. It kind of feels like a little piece of something is in there but I dont know what it is. Has anyone ever had this before or have any idea what it might be??

2. I'm nervous about the way he did it also, because I have been diagnosed with hpv. The guy was using a condom and we were having vaginal sex, and then all of a sudden he just kind of switched to anal on me without saying anything, so i'm very worried that something might be wrong anally now meaning the hpv. What should I do??

Wow, he just switched up like that? I wonder did he chafe you at all by not having enough lube. I've heard of cases where a little patch of infection can develop from chafed skin in the rectum (feels like a pressure bump on the inside). You say you have HPV? I hope he didn't spread it back there. Maybe you should go to your gynecologist and pose this question. No offense, but that guy sounds pretty inconsiderate for not telling you. Don't be afraid to tell your doc anything, it's the only way you'll ever get help. The only bad experience I've had with anal is when my guy decided to use vaseline as a lubricant. It made the sex painful in my opinion (too much friction), and I couldn't even let him finish. We stopped, and in my zeal to get all the vaseline out of my rear, I used a S*mmer's E*e douche back there. DON'T EVER DO IT! It will make you sick, sick, sickkk...All night. I found out it's because the vinegar in the formula is too acidic for the colon and basically just screws with your immune system. So if you're thinking about doing an extra cleaning back there with a douche, then don't. Good luck on your situation though. Keep us updated.

Here are some websites with information. They're very informative. That second link provides you with the number for the national HPV support hotline. You can call and ask questions. All the counselors are supposed to be well informed on the subject of HPV. Maybe you might check it out. Shame on that guy! That just irritates me. Anyway good luck, again.

If the guy just put himself in there without lubing you up first and giving you adequate foreplay to prepare you, then it's possible he has caused some damage due to the chafing.

Out of about 30 HPV viruses, approximately 10 of those are known to cause cancer.
