My boyfriend

You don't have to do anything you don't like to do or are not comfortable with doing and there's nothing wrong with that.
I just wanted to add to my previous reply that him trying to manipulate you by threatening you is wrong.
Give him his walking papers.
If it's THAT important to him, you guys aren't going to find a good compromise anyway.
And, do you really want to be with someone who's so completely inflexible, regardless of YOUR physical pain???
Never, ever let someone else force you to do something in bed that you do not want to do. He does not love you, nor does he respect you. Get rid of him today, and start looking for a real man, not a bully.
