I want your opinions; or rather need.

One of my lovers asked me how he could access iVillage. It's a large site, so if left to his own devices he might never stumble across things that I posted. I know I don't mind him seeing what I've posted, I may even want him to see it. But for some reason I am hesitant of just straight forwardly directing him to the sites I frequent.
What do you guys think? Would you want to read all about your lover, or would you like to learn about him or her on your own gradually? Will it take the fun out of a new relationship to have all the cards laid on the table up front? Or does it get the business out of the way and make way for the fun times?
Anyone, have an opinion?

Nice to see you back, Morse.
I'm not usually a very indecisive person, but today I have changed my mind any number of times. In the end, I did not lead him here today. My reason is nothing that we have touched upon. In the course of e-mailing and IMing him today I found myself having to re-explain certain things to him.
I don't want to be explaining all of my posts to him.
The second reason is the one you mentioned (sort of). This is my place and if I want to rant or vent, if I want to flirt, if I want to speak in hyperbole, then, this is the place for me to do it.
Hi morse,
I had a bad experience with SO going through the Taboos board a few months back and finding stuff about my sexual past that had nothing to do with him.
I just had to add that I got back from 5 days on the East coast sans kids-very relaxing and I was rather lazy today.
Don't direct him to your safe haven.
