Would you want to see a pictures of what everyone here looked like but the only way you could is by posting a pic of yourself? Nothing dirty, unless thats your fetish, but just like a head shot.

Good morning, Goddess...

you said...

"It has taken me lots of years of therapy to feel comfortable about what I look like."

I think this is what many counselors mean when they say we have to love/like ourselves before we can love another... becoming comfortable in our own skin... I've known some very physically attractive people who have never thought that they were 'attractive' enough, and they seemed to spend most if not all of their energy trying to get that last little bit...

You seem to have your head screwed on well... :o)

That song ROCKS. I start singing it at odd times just to see who will sing along. I had forgotten all the fun I used to have with that song until you mentioned it just now.

Thanks for brightening my day...

You're talkin my music here....but I also keep up with the new stuff. My first concert was the band that sang "Sister Christian" (can not remember the name of the group to save my life)...they did "Seven Bridges Road" and I have been hooked on the song since...CRANK the volume when I play the Eagles CD that it is on.

With that being said, there is a line in a Big and Rich song that describes my music tastes perfectly..."if it moves my soul...keep on rollin', rollin'" Love their first CD BTW.

Them's the ones. God I hate the memory lapses....can't remember a bunch of the one hit wonder bands from back in the '80's....I am trying to find some of those CD's and since I can't remember the bands name I am having the devil of a time finding them. I remember that concert because it was at the newly opened "Bell County Expo Center" and they didn't bother putting in seating....it was all standing room only on the bare concrete floor....pretty cool I thought. Also was the only rock concert I can remember going to....I have seen Randy Travis w/Alan Jackson(back before he was BIG), Reba MacEntire, Kenny Rogers w/Ronnie Milsap(that man is TALL, a baby grand piano only reached his knees), and I think that is the extent of my concerts. I keep missing Pink Floyd when they come through what ever town I'm in, also missed the Eagles a few yrs back.

Yep, also haulin' ass songs. Put one of those cassettes in and put the pedal to the metal. Don't forget Cindarella and White Snake and one that stuck around Aerosmith. "Going DOWN Mr. Smith?" Or was it Mrs....I haven't heard that song in awhile.
