A Question For the Men
| Tue, 06-27-2006 - 10:26am |
I have a question for all you men out there.
Is it possible that a woman puts out a certain scent when she is horny? My hubby says he can always tell when I am!
And if this is true, That could be a BAD thing. If men can tell, I should be in BIG trouble, because I am horny ALL THE TIME! LOL

Humans do give off pheremones when aroused, but I dont think many of us actually detect those phermones consciously. So its not that YOU have a problem with giving off a horny signal, its that your partner is particularly sensitive at detecting it...
Avid, I think every women has a wonderful scent. That's part of their attraction to men.
But when horny, I think it's the twinkle in their eyes and the little extra vibration in their voice that gives then away. When I see that and hear that, they don't have a chance, they are all mine and my tongue.

Well, pheromones are supposed to be in such small quantities and act in such a way that you don't actually smell them.
However, I have been able to smell both my ex's and several women who were interested in me and know that they were aroused. People have said that I have an unusually sensitive sense of smell (as do my brothers), so maybe that's what it is.
I could usually recognize a woman by her perfume the second time I smelled it.
As for smelling a woman's arousal, it was the smell of her sexual lubrications that I smelled, I definitely knew what it was, I knew that it was because of me, and I could smell it from 4-5 feet. I couldn't believe everyone around us didn't smell it, but I wasn't willing to ask them, either.
Avid, I believe that women cast off more pheromones while they're ovulating - nature's way of attracting a man at that time.
I also believe that women who are more sexually active cast off more pheromones in general.
Anybody else notice that when they are having
