Do you think that homosexual couples should be allowed to be married in the eyes of the state?

Do you think they should be allowed to adopt or have children?

I think *people* should be treated equally in the eyes of the state. Homosexual, bisexual, a-sexual, heterosexuals...all should be given the same opportunities and held to the same standards, across the board.

Homosexuality isn't contagious. I think homosexuals should be able to be kindergarten teachers, foster/adoptive/natural parents, little league coaches and boy scout leaders...and anything else that they wish to be.

With Liberty and Justice for *All*...

Yas, I think they should be allowed all the same rights as anyone else. After all, they are human too! I don't know, but I think its legal for them to get married somewhere here in Canada! Unfortunatly, we live in a town that even refuses to have a gay pride day! I don't know why!!!

Yes, if two people love each other and want to be married it shouldn't matter if they are of the same sex. Love is love and commitment between two people is a beautifull thing, nobody should be denied that pleasure.

Yes they should be able to adopt children. Children are raised by people who love and care for them and will guide them in life, whether that be by a man and woman, a man and a man, a woman and a woman or even just a woman or just a man. Sexual preferences do not make a parent.

I agree with everyone else.Same sex couples have every right to get married.I think it's totally ridiculous to make same sex marriages illegal. And there's so many children who need a loving home, why not let a same sex couple provide that home?

The state can't sanction LOVE. People should marry whomever they choose. And if a same-sex couple is biologically unable to have children, they should have the same opportunities as any other couple to adopt a child. Like I said, L-O-V-E cannot be sanctioned and I find it incredibly narrow-minded that some try.

Do you think that homosexual couples should be allowed to be married in the eyes of the state?

--- Sure, why not? What's the harm if two people love each other and want to make their union legal?

Do you think they should be allowed to adopt or have children?

--- Yes, on both counts. I'm sure many homosexual couples make better parents than some of the heterosexual parents out there.

No, I do not feel that Homosexual couples should be allowed to marry in the eyes of the state. Do I have deep running political or theological reasons for this, no I do not. If they put up a question on the ballot and it passed would I fight it, no I would not. I simply would not vote for it, and would not like to see it happen.

If they pass all the screenings for adopting a child I have no problem with them being able to adopt. There are a great many children out there that need loving homes.
