There are a few things we can do to help you get better use of iVillages services.

The first thing you can do is click the feedback/help link at the bottom of the board page. Fill out the form and someone from tech support can try to help you.

In the meantime. You need to make sure you are using the most recent version of IE , Netscape or whatever browser you might have. After you make sure you have upgraded your browser, you should make sure your PC is set at medium security and that you have checked iVillage as a trusted site.


If anyone else has any problems or questions please feel free to ask me. If I don't know I will find out! It seems a shame to me to loose a lot of the membership for this board due to a change in format. So I will do whatever I can to help everyone adjust. If anyone needs to email me , my address is daisyfals@yahoo.com. I've actually gotten over my original shock over the changes and now that I've learned how to navigate better, I actually like them !

We have a great board here, lets try not to let these changes break us down!!
