DYK ~ we have a large Greek population in my area and an unbelievably beautiful Greek Orthodox Church.

DYK ~ of course there's been a Greek Festival for as long as I remember and I never left that place w/o a piece of baklava to savor later (pre-diabetes, of course)

DYK ~ I love, love, love Greek food.

DYK I worked in a Greek restaurant in college?

DYK I gained about 25 pounds on gyros, souvlaki, spanikopita, baklava, and moussaka?

DYK, well, there was also beer and pizza involved, but I left those out of my last DYK because they sound less Greek?

DYK I always had the passing suspicion that the guys who owned the place were as much interested in running a waitress harem as a restaurant?

DYK I agonized, intensely, over my ethical qualm about that, but eventually got over it?

DYK Mediterranean women are exotic creatures to a Southern country boy?

DYK ~ you named every Greek food I've tasted (and wasn't sure how to spell)

DYK ~ I bet you looked cute......did you have to wear a uniform or an apron?

DYK ~ I'm certain the agonizing was intense on your part but that (in the end) you overcame it.
