Yes, the "nekkid banana" made me laugh as well. Must have been a modest, blushing banana! Can you believe I had to go back and look again this morning for the "trail"....I think she said that just to do the "ha-made you look" LOL.

All I know is that it has been my observation that a banana before ANY physical activity can help avoid cramping when said activity is SWEATY, STRENUOUS, and DEPRIVES ONE OF BODILY FLUIDS.......and a banana after such activity can assist in RECOVERY for follow up to continued performance in continued activity....

MMMM!!! Cherries!!!! Where I grew up, peaches, apples, grapes and cherries grew quite well. We had a couple cherry trees in our yard and one was of the "Queen Anne" variety. SO DAMN YUMMY!!!!!
