You're never too wordy. I think that's the most you've ever said. Keep it going.

Youd be suprised how soon your joints start to relax and your muscles and tendons become more pliable. There are plenty of non-flexible people who take the class, and hot yoga is great for beginners if you can take the room temp because the heat relaxes muscles and makes them more supple and able to handle the stretches. You're never asked to do more than your body will allow and there are modification for all the postures for folks who can't get into them.

It also focuses on breathing technique and Kundalini, which is the energy or life force that flows through the body.

Our psychological reality, which lies below the surface, frightens us because it endlessly surprises us and drives us in a direction which society's rules and organizations define as wrong or dangerous

Oh no im excited he is coming. He only lives 2hrs away anyway. We are going to the festival on saturday. He has to be here because he wont have a way to get there from home. His truck is broken. So he stays at my house and we leave together saves money. He just needs a bed to sleep in. I wont give him mine. So he sleeps in dd room. She wont be here anyway. But i need him to be able to get in her room. So I have to get it cleaned. I took out all the clothes on the floor the other day and now im washing them. i have about three loads left.....ugh. but she is helping somewhat. She just needs to finish cleaning her room today so we can move on to the next step.
