I dont really listen to them its just in this stereo that we have and we have never gotten rid of it. but it still works. I think we only have one or two tapes anyway.

We have some much needed rain headed in today too.

My daughter and I spent last night just hanging out. Nothing much. She will be headed to my parents house tomorrow. So she can spend time with them. That way she is not at home all by her self all day. I dont like to leave her at home. We will spend the weekends together and maybe a night during the week.

Yes I know we have put a cd player in the stereo also. Kind of neat to hear the 8-track and then hear the cd player...... Yes what a difference....LOL But we like the stereo so we dont want to get rid of it. We would have to take the thing apart to get the 8-track player out...... so i guess not an option...

That's great that she'll spend time with her grandparents. How far are they from your house?

I'm sure you could, but as a man without a deathwish - I bet you don't!

she usually spends the summer with my parents. Cheap day care... my dad is retired and they get along great. My parents live about two hours away, which is not a bad drive. I will head up to get her on friday or we will meet half way. It just seems since she has been gone for so long I really miss her.
