What are some of your pet peeves?

One of my biggest pet peeves is somebody acting like they know more than I do in my areas of study when they're too lazy to work or even care for their kids properly. This is occurring with my sister's bf's sister's bf. The girl's bf used to be a Philly cop and thinks he knows all about the legal system and keeps sticking his nose into Jay's case since they're friends.

I also agree with you though Shadow.

Yes, driving is a pet peeve

no blinkers, phones, big people in tiny cars who can't turn to see the oncoming traffic, the Smart Car in general, kids with "fart cans" & spoilers

Yeah. It gets on my nerves when adults use baby talk. My cousin, a female twalks wike twis to her five year old then wonders why he never out grew substituting "r" for just about every other consonant. He also drops the first syllable on a lot of words like saying "mater" instead of "tomato".

Oh yeah the sup who wants to "clue me in" on a deep dark secret and when another employee comes slong she's like shhh shhh. I'll tell you later". This usually happens by the office printer.

And it turns out to be something really silly, like the cat puked on the rug & she stepped in it

OMGolly-gosh!!! the embarrassment, can you stand it!!!! golly!!

I would, but he does it through my sister's bf. He tries to control things I try to do through him. I'm close to telling my sister's bf if he really wants to help Jay as a witness, stop listening to the loser. Jay did ask for MY help.

I think you should tell your sister's boyfriend to stop listening to the loser. This loser could wreck things with his faulty advice.

LOL! I hate when people chracterize us by birth order. "oh, you have the middle child syndrome. That's why you make sure you get your share." I've heard the same statement said to people who are the youngest.

Crowded? Oh yeah. The commute I used to have on the subway comes to mind.
