NH is going or has gone in for a surgery she has needed for awhile. She has shared her troubles with most of us here. Please send out your prayers to her and her family.

We LOVE YOU NH!!!

It's because we all love and care for each other. Friends are a wonderful thing. You can never have too many.

Oh no. Good luck to him. I know you'll take such good care of him.

I gotta tell you something funny. You know how I always joke around about wanting to be tied up... Well, after my surgery I was wheeled back up to my room. I opened my eyes and say my husband, dad, and sister. I tried to move my hands/arms to scratch my eyelid and I couldn't move. i started freaking out. My husband asked what was wrong, I said I had an itchy eyelid and couldn't move, something was wrong. He then proceeded to scratch my forehead. I got real upset and screeched I said my eyelid, and why can't I move my arms. Turns out I was acting rather "feisty" in the operating room, so they had to tie me down. That's all I could get out of the doctor, as he was grinning....... God, I wish I knew what I did........ Me, feisty, oh pulease.....

I am so glad you are back. Not a day went by that you weren't in my prayers, and I will keep you there.

BL...you do have many friends here that care a great deal about you!!!!

GIRLS IN MY CIRCLE

When I was little, I used to believe in the concept of one best friend.
And then I started to become a woman.

And then I found out that if you allow your heart to open up, you will be
shown the best in many friends.

One friend is needed when you're going through things with your partner.

Another friend is needed when you're going through things with your parents.

Another will sit beside you in the bleachers as you delight in your
children and their activities.

Another when you want to shop, share, heal, hurt, joke, or just be.

One friend will say, 'Let's cry together,' another, 'Let's fight
together,' another, 'Let's walk away together.'

One friend will meet your spiritual need, another your shoe fetish,
another your love for movies, another will be with you in your season of
confusion, another will be your clarifier, another the wind beneath your
wings.

But whatever their assignment in your life, on whatever the occasion, on
whatever the day, or wherever you need them to meet you with their gym
shoes on and hair pulled back, or to hold you back from making a complete
fool of yourself...

...those are your best friends.

It may all be wrapped up in one woman, but for many, it's wrapped up in
several.....one from 6th grade, one from high school, some from the
college years, a couple from old jobs.

On some days your mother. On some days your neighbor. On others, your
sisters, cousins. And on some days, your daughters.
