I recently was talking with someone who revealed a fantasy of getting pregnant. Not a domestic fantasy mind you, but a sexual one. It got her sexually excited to think about being impregnated. Has anyone else had this type of fantasy? I found it fascinating for some reason, and was wondering if it was a common fantasy.

I've never been pregnant and I have had a fantasy or two about trying to get pregnant/being pregnant and still being sexual.
I think the shape of a pregnant woman is very sensual. All those extra curves are especially arousing. And something about the way a pregnant woman's stomach bulges and distorts - I can't really explain why, but that is intensly erotic to me.
