Q for the gals - BAD BOYS

So I've got a platonic female friend that I pal around with. We dated a couple of times and have been "friends" since then. We sit and chat about things and even though she's a 31 year old mother of a 4 y.o., she STILL wants to find herself a "bad boy" - that's her type even though (from the sounds of things) they keep breaking her heart and treating her badly. What is it with the bad boys for you gals AND at what point in your life do you start passing them up for someone nice?

Male, no wonder we are confused...you would think not being a drug addict, wife beater, and being financially able to take care of our partners would count for something ;O)

"I don't know how to open up and be what I want. "

Well I really think that boards such as this one can help. The anonminity(sp) of the boards can help you to overcome any shyness. Once you get used to opening yourself up anon, then it is not too much of a stretch to do in person. It is just breaking down those initial barriers I think most people have issues with.

I tell you myself, finding out on this board that are such things as HL women have opened my eyes and made me more able to be open .....men are always taught that women dont want sex, etc...so sometimes its hard for us to open up to women.
