What stresses you?
What things relieve stress for you?
Is it sex, exercise, eating, having a few drinks? Give us an idea of what works for you...

What stresses you? lack of money, bill collectors, DH, watching the news, unemployment
What things relieve stress for you? music, sex, being online, writing, reading, meditating, exercising (walking) and just getting away from the stressor. I find anything that takes my mind away from what is stressing me helps alot and helps me calm down. My friends here have talked me from the ledge many times and I thank them for all their support and love..
What stresses you? MIL's non stop talking about herself, DH's constant look of disgust towards me everytime he looks at me, his constant demands of me (sans sex), his demands that everything I do has to be done to perfection, the house must be kept in order at all times, debt, finding adequate help in caring for my Dad, watching my Dad's declining health.....ok now I am getting stressed...
What things relieve stress for you? Withdrawing, hitting the gym, leaving the house, music, driving, beer, and no, I never drink and drive.

The only things that really stress me are work and the kids. To relive the stress I just resolve not to worry about it. However, sex and/or red wine also help out on occasion.
BTW-I stopped listening to my in laws LONG ago.
Things that cause me stress....money and debt, dh, my job and trying to get everything done that I would like to accomplish each day.
I relieve stress by exercising (kickboxing and running are two of the best ways); I am an emotional eater so when I get stressed and upset you can follow the trail of cookie crumbs to find me; I also tend to sleep a lot more.
