So...lots of women out there have a thing for men in positions of power, and not just in the bedroom lol...the president of a multi-million dollar company...the leader of a nation...a congressman...all sorts of possibilities...I absolutly have this type of fantasy....how about sharing yours (if you have one) with us....so here it is I'll admit mine...he's absolutly insane, will whoop your rear end in martial arts and will probably prove to be a problem for the United States at some point in the near future lol...but ignoring that...hehe....oh hell maybe I'll just let you wonder for a little while and see if you guys have any of your own ~wicked grin~

"I'm on 50mcg of Levoxyl right now and get tested again in July. If I'm still feeling lousy I'm going to ask for an antibodies test to see if it is Hashimoto's and I'm also going to ask my doctor to get me in with an endocrinologist"

what is Levoxyl used for?

Are you on a number of medications right now? Could you be sluggish from that?

Levoxyl is a brand name of levothyroxine, which was the generic form of the thyroid replacement I was on before. The only other medication I'm on is birth control pills. I don't take any meds for my other three chronic illnesses. My fatigue and lack of energy are caused by my hypothryoidism. My fibromyalgia contributes, of course, but I was never as exhausted with fibro at its worst as I am with my hypothyroidism.

Since you dont seem to like taking pharmaceuticals have you thought of going the holistic route?

For my fibromyalgia? Yes, I have considered it and I do have a book on using herbs, vitamins and minerals for fibro. As for hypothryoidism I have to take thryoid replacement, since there is no herbal equivalent of the hormone. I'd like to find an herbal solution to my IBS as well.

I do believe that what happens to us emotionally/mentally does have an effect on our bodies and causes some illnesses. No one knows the exact cause of fibromyalgia, but when I developed it I had gone back to college full-time, was working part-time and ending my abusive marriage. The day after my divorce was final I was in the hosptial having emergency surgery because of a dermoid cyst that had burst and I had to have the cyst, my right ovary, my right fallopian tube and my appendix removed, so I had that added stress on top of everything else I was going through. And I know that now whenever I get really stressed out it will go to my gut and make me sick.
