1st No and now Yes

A guy in my class suggested we do something together a couple of weeks ago and at the time I wasn't interested, but now I am. When he asked it was more of a suggestion (i.e. We should go to this place sometime) as opposed to a direct Yes or No answer. I didn't really give him a definitive answer either way. At this point I think he believes I'm not interested (due to the signals I was giving him) and I was wondering what I could do (if anything) to show him I am open to going out with him and I am definitely interested. I feel dumb bringing up the whole conversation from a couple of weeks ago.

Very simple. Approach this man and say:

"Remember you suggested we go to the batting cages? I'd stil love to do that. I am free Friday night, is that good for you?"

Just say, you know when you asked if I wanted to go to such and such place a few weeks ago I was interested but really tied up.
