Okay ladies and gentleman. Break up is 2 and a half months old and I am casually dating someone. Right now it is Lent and you are suppose to give up something you enjoy. I have decided to give up dating. told my new guy friend that I want to spend the next month as buddies and no more making out and lets see if we connect. He reluctanly agreed. So we are going to talk on the phone hang as friends once a week and see. Plan on getting coaught up on Masters work, plus I am moving, and I will hang with my freinds girl and guy. It will be good to he-tox for a while. I am inviting everyone to leave the dating scence behind for 40 days and watch the Josh Hartnett movie. :)

knkoneday...

Simple one sentence response from Pianoguy:

"It's all well and good to give up something (or someone) for lent...but you're leaving yourself open for A LOSS! Most men who have been 'dumped' (permanently or temporarily) often get angry enough to drop a woman...and pursue someone else!

Are you preparing yourself for this?

Interesting post... is Lent the real reason you're giving up dating though? Just curious...
