Blind Date - did it go well?

I went on a blind date recently. I was set up by a co-worker. He was a friend of her daughter's, so she set it up as a double date with her daughter and son-in-law and their friend and I. I was the only one who didn't know anyone. The evening seemed to go well. We started off going out for drinks. Conversation went well, although he seemed somewhat shy. After an hour or so, we discussed dinner and moved on to another restaurant and had dinner. Again, conversation went well. At the end of the evening, we all just said our good-byes ("Nice to meet you," "had a good time", etc). There was no exchange of numbers or discussion of meeting again. I plan on being patient, and not trying to contact him or anything, but I am just curious if I might expect anything or was it just too casual.

It wouldn't have been outrageous to expect him to contact you for a follow-up. You can casually mention to your co worker that you had a nice time and think he was a good guy.
