since january i have been on 3 dates with this guy we talk once in a while on the phone, and acts all sweet but the suddenly he doesn't call or returns my calls, and it has been like that for some time.

We dated for about a year when we were 19 now we are 32 and he got divorced 1 year ago, but we have remain friends through all this years.

On our first date we told me he wanted us to start dating again and see where the relationship goes. I do have feelings for him, but things are confusing for me don't know what to expect anymore. he travels a lot.

If the man's "travel schedule" bothers you....Pianoguy says: DON'T LOOK FOR THINGS TO IMPROVE! .

While I'm not suggesting that you don't have a chance with this man...please keep in mind that "long distance romances" are probably the most difficult to sustain?

the whole traveling part doesn't botherme that much i know he loves his work, what's confusing it's when he calls he acts all sweet and like he wants a relationship, and other time he just call and chit chat like just a friend. Some times i feel like we are just friends with some benefits, and the relationship it's not moving.

PG thinks that if your b/f's pace DOESN'T MATCH YOURS...you've got 2 alternatives:

1. Accept it and his lack of commitment for what they are.

2. Drop the boyfriend. Then find yourself someone who is more compatible to your needs and desires!

Three dates since January? We are in June so that's not very many. I would say it's more a friendship and you should definitely be looking for other men in the romance dept.
