Okay...ive posted before

Ive been dating a guy for 1 month and we have been on about 5 dates. He always mentions the future, even asked me if i'd be interested in attending an upcoming concert. He is very busy with law school...he just started 2 weeks ago. Heres the thing, I usually call him and he calls me back..I never ask for dates, he always does that. And this past sunday he did call me first. He even told me to call him monday, so I did and we chatted. He held my hand the entire date, and on a previous date he said he was looking for a stable relationship. I know its only thursday, but how often in a new relationship do guys call and would it be wrong for me to call this early on.

Wow! A law student? I bet he's a pretty direct-to-the-point kind of guy. One could never survive the law field without being able to cut to the chase with conversation and it sounds like he has. He's spoken an up-front interest in finding a serious relationship. He's asked you out a few times. You both sound like you enjoy each other's company. I say go ahead and ask him out in return. What possible harm could be done? Most modern men would be flattered by the gesture. I think there are fewer guys who have a small-minded "the man must always be in charge and control everything" attitude. If he was, I'd say run! But he doesn't seem like that. He sounds like somone who wants to level with women. Some guys are fine with the girl just buying him a beer on the spur of the moment while hanging out. You don't have to make it a complicated plan, but stay away from "girly" stuff like shopping or sentimental/cute films (ie chick-flicks)...unless he really happens to enjoy that. Go to a mid-grade expense restaurant (ie think $8-$20/person) you've been dying to try out. Got a sea aquarium in your town or less than an hour away? How about a wide-screen I-MAX theater? Fall is here, so does he like hayrides or horseback riding? A long walk in a State Park when he's not studying? Do something neutral, yet fun. Good luck!
