or he is just teasing me therefore he is not really interested?

There is a guy that works in the same company as me, but he is the messenger from a branch of our company in another city, so he goes to the company twice everyday to pick up correspondence, stuff to take to the branch he works. We already know each other becuse I work in the company´s reception, so everytime he comes I see him obviously. For courtesy I say Good Morning to everyone.

I think this guy is around my age, he hasnt told me but looking at his face I think he is.

He is a nice guy but I dont like him, Im not even interested in him. The thing is that Im starting to believe he is interested in me, he hasnt told me but Im sensing he is otherwise he is just teasing me as I said.

Everytime the guy arrives at the company, he compliments me and there has been times he has hint me words that Im guessing he is really attracted to me and he is not teasing, he is telling me he interested in me.

He hs told me things that Im very beautiful, he told me once, that if I ever needed someone to protect me, he is more than welcome to protect me. Also everytime he gets to the company, he stares at me for seconds, and he has told me that he gets distracted when he is close to me or just pass by me just by looking at me. He make that comment when for a reason he forgets to take something to the branch office.

One day he was picking some correspondence he needed to take to the branch office and I told me that in the cabinet there were some correspondence for him to take, please dont forget. Afterwards he replied in a laughing way: Cant I take you with me to the office instead of the correspondence? I would like that, but I dont assure you that we arrive at the office, we could end up somewhere else on the way. I just laughed and did not make any further comment because he told me that like teasing.

Yesterday the guy came in dressed casually, he never dress casually becuse he has always dressed in tennis and jeans, but since all the company´s messengers were told by the Human Resources Manager to wear uniform more casual, now he has to wear casual pants, and a shirt like the other messengers and chauffers of the company.

So yesterday he came, he gave me the usual: Good Morning, beautiful! Then I told him: Hey you also has to wear a uniform. It was just a normal comment, everyone should have said that, but I told him that because Im at the reception, he was entering the company.

Immediately I focused on working and indirectly he was speaking to the security officer of the company and told him indirectly that and I heard him: "I dress like this for a reason, to see if a certain person notices me and be up to her level". I did not say anything I just overheard him saying that to the officer, after I told him Good Morning.

Since Im the receptionist I have to dress accordingly that is what he meant by dress to my level.

IU dont know if this guy means what he says and he is really interested in me or he is just teasing me.

How can I know if he is just teasing me or he is really interested in me and wants me to noticed him and start to get to know each other better because he would like me to be her girlfriend?

As I said as a coworker he is a nice person, but Im not interested in him, I havent given him any hints of that, he is the one who gives me hints he is really interested and wish I notice him.

Wait, I'm confused. If you're not interested in him and you do not like him, why do you even care? If he is interested, he'll ask you out and if he does, you just politely turn him down.

If someone was interested in me and I didn't feel the same, I could care less about what he's doing, how he's dressing and how he's flirting with me. Men flirt. Bottom line. It doesn't mean he's interested. Men stare. Doesn't mean they're interested. If he asks you out and follows through, then you have your answer. That's my two cents. Still, though, why would you even care?
