There is this cute guy, I already broke the ice with him. We are coworkers but not working in the same building. We get along well, me mssenger each other every day for work issues or just to chit chat, he calls me at work also to say hi and then for work issues. When we spoke on the phone, we laugh, we made fun of each other, treat each other ok. When he stops by the office since already know each other we greet each other with a kiss on the cheek but he also likes to hug the person after the lady gave him a kiss (well he does that also with other ladies coworkers) I have known him for 4 months already, the time I have been in this job. But it could be also that the way he treats me, he treats the same way all the other coworkers, because that is the way he is and it does not mean he is interested in a person.
Im starting to like this guy but I dont know how to be more approachable to him, I wish he sets his eyes on me and wants to know more about me, since the ice has been broken already and gets interested in me. I know I cannot force a guy to like a lady if that person does not feel anything or even a bit, but is there perhaps a little help and can be done just a bit to enhance the possibility? He is 8yrs younger than him.

He's probably involved but not really stopping you either. He likes the attention but would not dare do anything about it.
I can lead a horse to water, but I can't make him drink it.
Listen, we can be open and flirty all we want, but if he's not biting, there's a reason and no amount of anything will make him either.
Unless you're bold enough to come right out and ask him out, then go ahead. I wouldn't recommend it and it probably wouldn't get you any further with him either except giving him a swelled head.
