I've been talking to this guy for about 3 months. He works at the gym I go to (he's a trainer.) He used to call me a lot. He doesn't call me as much now. I see him at the gym every other day though. He asked me out when we first met, but I said no. Hasn't asked me out since. I tried to get him to come out with me...that didn't really work :-) So I decided that I was tired of the game and I decided to write him a letter telling him how I feel. I gave it to him last night. Haven't heard anything from him yet. I'm seeing him tomorrow at the gym. Did I just make a big mistake?? What should I do??

I don't get it? He asked you out, what do you want now? He thought you were not interested so he moved on and if you showed him you were interested again....he probably thinks you are A) playing games or B) he is not interested anymore. Whatever the case let it go.....writing the letter served no purpose, he probably doesnt get why you wrote a letter instead of telling him. I think you scared him away actually. Sorry....like the old saying goes "there's more fish in the sea"

I think a letter might not exactly be the right way to go about it. If you have decided now that you want to go on a date with him then you should show him you are interested. Flirt a little, pay extra attention to him, and maybe suggest that you guys get an after workout drink sometime. The ball is kind of in your court now so it might be best that you make the first move. Since you denied him the first time he probably has no idea that you are interested in him now. Guys can be a little oblivious like that.

Hope that helps.
