I have my guy friend overseas who I've known for 2 years. a year and a half he's been abroad returning for a few weeks a year. He is planning on being overseas for many years, but i feel there was a spark between us. we communicate through msn mostly because of the type of work he does (always on the clock), and the time diference. He always makes a point to tell me that he misses me at the end of the conversation, or if i've been offline he will ask me how ive been and that he's missed me.

I dont have any other guy friends that keep in touch with some much since i was a teenager...im now 24 and he's the same age. we send each other messages almost everyday. I might wake to find he's said "night" or i'll send him a "have a good day"

Just looking for some perspective. :-) Thanks.

If a man expressing his emotions is something that you like, then make a mental note of it when dating. It is not just about how cute the guy is or what kind of job he has, but also how he treats you. In addition, having similar communication styles ensures that interaction between the two of you goes smoothly, which is half the battle in relating.
