Matchmaker Dilemma !!!

Hi All
I am hoping u all can give me some advice about the following. My sister played matchmaker for me and matched me up with one of her client's sons. He phoned me and we spent 45 mins talking, and then we met this Saturday morning and took my dog for a walk. We ended up spending 3 hours together chatting. We get along very well and we have a lot in common. Things were never uncomfortable and there were no awkward silences. I try not to be too superficial but unfortunately he is not a good looking guy at all. I know, don't judge a book by its cover !!
The thing is while we were chatting, there were quite a few " red flags" that came up, and now I am not sure what to do.
I don't find it easy to meet men, 'cos I am not the partying type.
Do I give him another chance, and go on another date and see how I feel then, or do I end it now, even before it begins. And if that is what I should do, what would the best thing to say without hurting him too much ????
Thanks so much in advance for everyone's input.

What were the red flags?
You're not obligated to go out weith him again, nor should you if you're not interested. Nor should you continue to go out with a guy you don't like just because you're afraid you won't meet someone rlse for awhile.
If he asks you out again just keep it short and sweet and let him know you don't think you're compatible.
good luck!
