I have a huge crush on a guy that left for school. we exchanged email to stay in touch. i'm going to be at his college for a sports tournament in march, but what should i do in the mean time? i'm going to email him occasionally to keep in touch...but should i tell him that i like him?? i'm had a crush on him for over a year...but never had the gusto to tell him. we'd always hang out in groups. usually my friend tina would coordinate group outings on the weekend, and i ask her to make sure he ges invited...we'd flirt, and talk, etc...but we're both very shy people and since i never got the guts to ask for his email or number earlier i never got up the strength to tell him i like him, cause i could never tell him to his face...an email i could do.

and how often did you guys check your email, no school email address but the one you give to friends, in college, just so if it takes him a week or more to respond i'll know if it's him or that he hasn't checked his email yet...or should i email it to his school address...?

I'm going to ask him if he wants to get together in march when i'm there, but i'm asking him more around that time...but i don't know what to do in the mean time...should i just keep in touch with him over email...tell him?? i have no idea what to do...I just know i have a huge crush on him, we have lots of things in common, and i'm really shy...

Does he have a fall break coming up where he will be coming home? Maybe you could just hint around hooking up when he comes home from school for breaks. I wouldn't tell him in an email how you feel about him. If you really like this guy I would wait until he comes home to tell him, and do it sober, never while you are drinking. I wish you the best of luck.

he's not coming home till the summer...he has a job in a local town where he goes to school, and he's on the school's football team. he's meeting his family for holidays at a relatives house halfway between his school and his hometown like he's done in previous years....
