Is my co-worker interested?

To make a long story short, I have been talking to a co-worker who works in a different department of mine for the past month or so. She has been at the company for about a month and a half. Well, she originally started following me around one night and claimed she was trying to avoid two other co-workers who she assumed were trying to hit on her. She apologized and said she was not trying to be weird and follow me. She offered to help me water flowers (I work at the Meijer Garden Center) and asked what I do every day. Another instance on a different day was when I came inside when she arrived and we were both talking and I noticed people were outside that might need help and told her I had to go out there and help them. She then said I should come back in when done to keep her company. Now, this past Tuesday we both worked all day during the same shift and when she came out to cover for my breaks and lunch she was outside hanging out with me for about an hour and a half or two hours total, when I was only off the clock for about an hour. She then revealed to me that "I want to do something, but I'm not sure what." Was this her way of trying to get me to do something with her after we got off work? I didn't even think about that at the time she said that I just ignored it. I also told her I love baseball and it's my favorite sport and she immediately said she likes baseball in a raised voice. Later on this same day which was a Tuesday, I asked her if she would like to hang on the coming Thursday and she replied with "I need to check my schedule. I might have to close that night." Now I get that she could really be busy and such since she even posted this on her Facebook that she is too busy to be lazy anymore. How should I interpret all of this? To me, it seems like I am receiving mixed signals from her, mainly positive until I asked her out. Any advice would be nice. Thanks.
It is easier to say don't worry than to actually not worry but I will maybe try to kinda ignore her and see if she still persists on talking to me.
