Well, almost 3...since Sunday night.

We've only been seeing each other (not exclusively) for almost 2 months. But we've seen a LOT of each other, and he's not seeing anyone else (neither am I).

I emailed him a short, sweet and simple..."hey there...just wanted to say hi....hope you're doing well." That's it.

Was that wrong?

Please tell me no.

No, of course it wasn't "wrong"...why would you think that??? That just strikes me as a very odd question to ask...

No, that wasn't weird at all. Has he lost contact for a few days before this? And curious... why are you worried about contacting him?

I don't know. Maybe it's me...maybe I think the female should NEVER contact the man, I don't know. I think I'm feeling a little insecure today.

He wrote back...it seemed "off," but again, that might be me.

And no, he has never "lost" contact before.

I'm an actress, and I have shows now Tues-Sunday, so maybe he thinks I'm busy??? I don't know.

Just curious. Thank you, both. I'm crazy.

I think you should learn to initiate contact with your man. After 2 months he might think you aren't interested in taking any initiative.

You were seeing him way too much. Read the book ' The Rules'. You have got to be elusive and act busy - the more you do that the more he will want you.

Too much? I was barely seeing him at all!

I contaced him, and it's fine. He was waiting for me (as the posters said), I suppose, wanting me to take some initiative, and it worked.

Thank you, everyone!!

Apparently, "The Rules" are a little harsh...and don't always "work."
