I have a few questions...if anyone could help i would really appreciate it!!
I've been dating this guy for about 2 months now and i'm starting to get annoyed, and i can't quite figure out whats going on. when we first met we went out to dinner a few times, but anymore we dont go anywhere or do anything together. he's very laid back and i've stayed at his place quite a bit...so i'm over there a lot,but we dont go out...when he goes out he just leaves me there- he never invites me to go anywhere with him, but he always wants me at his house! he has never been to my house before and doesnt seem to want to go "out of his way" to come see me! we both enjoy the same activites, but we never do them together-every time i invite him to do something he has something else to do. yet he calls me all the time-at least 10x/day...but doesnt really say too much. i can't talk to him...he never asks me anything, like about my day or whatever, but when i start to talk about something he says he has to go. (but a lot of guys i've met recently have done this)
also, when i've slept at his house lately i've had dreams about my ex-which hasnt happened in a while! i was with my ex for almost 6 years and we broke up about a yr ago...i've never really dated a lot, but i dont know what to think...i didnt want to get too attached to someone, and i didnt think i was, but when i was supposed to meet him at his house a few weeks ago and he never showed and didnt answer his phone i left and felt so hurt...let down...and disappointed. i would think he was using me for sex, but he said he likes me and wants me to stay all the time b/c he likes waking up with me..and i asked him about it b/c i wanted to know and i think he knows that it would be fine with me.
any advice at all would be appreciated!!!!

Hi Kate and welcome to the board...
Throughout your post, all I kept seeing was "him" and "he." What about you? This guy leaves you in his house, goes out with whoever and you stay there? Why? Why are you allowing yourself to be treated this way? Realize that you deserve better than this. That's probably why you're dreaming about your ex... Deep down, you know you can be treated better than this.
Stop worrying about what he thinks, wants and need and start thinking about YOU. Is this relationship fulfilling to you? Is this the way you want to be treated for the rest of your life? If your answers are no, then I would say the next time he leaves you there, leave right after him, lock the door and never look back.
This guy is a real piece of work.
