The second "date"

I started talking to this guy I work with and we really had some good conversations at work. I like him and I thought that he might be dropping hints that he liked me when he said he didn't like to be at home, and he's always dropping things around me, and there was that cute little smile he got when he saw that I was at work(okay that could have been imagined), etc.
I was telling a co-worker about him and she told me she suspected something and that I should ask him out. I was so nervous, but I found him while he was on break and after talking for a while, I was just like, so you're not doing anything tomorrow, wanna go out for lunch? He agreed and we exchanged numbers and I told him I'd call him then. I decided to wait until 11 to take a shower and then call him, and when I got out of the shower there was a missed call from him, so I called him back and we went to lunch. I paid for the both of us since I invited. So, we were there from 12:15-2:30 eating, laughing, talking and so I think the date went well. I have a long distance boyfriend that he knows about and he was the one who brought that up, but what the ldbf doesn't know won't hurt him. But, I'm not so sure that this guy thought it was a date, it seemed like we both had a good time and I asked if we could do it again and he said yeah, and that I should call him. I didn't get a thank you though.
So...do I or do I wait for him to call me? If I do, how long should I wait before calling him again? How can I tell if he likes me the way that I like him? Any advice would be appreciated!

You have a boyfriend and you have told this man about him. If this man has any scruples, morals, values, or just doesn't want any trouble, most likely he won't call because he sees that your morals, scruples and values aren't exactly above par. If this man is interested in a relationship he most likely will be looking for a lady who is not already in a relationship.
However, if he is not interested in a committed relationship then he will probably call you.
