Should I Go For It???

There's this guy I met at my brothers place of worship. I am very attracted to him and have tried to get him out of my head but cannot. We have the same values, interests, likes and enjoyments, we like the same places. We have played the age old game of 'look away look back' every time we're together. (Which really isn't much.) Sometimes during services I see him out of the corner of my eye, staring at me. We have the chemistry where our eyes lock and nothing else exists. My brother told me not to give up on him. He is what I'm looking for and from what I've heard him say I'm what he's looking for, too. He has come to visit my place of worship (same religion) when I was supposed to be there ( I was sick) even though he *very* rarely goes to any other one than his own. I need to know if this is worth pursuing, and if so, how to go about it. I'd appreciate any input. Thank you
PS I thought perhaps the reason he isn't pursuing is because he's friends with my brother.

It is definitely worth pursuing, otherwise you be connecting with him in all these different ways. One way to go about it would be to go up to him after the service and ask him what his plans are for the day. Make sure you have your schedule cleared, or conflicts might arise. If he is agreeable, casually suggest lunch or dinner (don't know your time frame) and go with from there. Hopefully things will turn out alright from there.
Or if you don't feel comfortable approaching him in person, give him a call. You could even have your brother drop some very obvious hints about him calling you. It doesn't matter how you go about it; just go for it.
Perhaps he's shy.
