How long do you have to go with no phone call before a date that ended in sex is an official booty call? It's been four days since a co-worker and I (I know, I know, bad move) slept together and not even so much as a voice mail, even on the Fourth of July. We're both going to be back at the office tomorrow and I'm not sure if I should be indignant or not. We've known each other for years. I expected better from a friend. Or am I being oversensitive? What do I say when I see him?

When you have sex with someone without dating...what you're "stating' with your actions is that "this is all about the moment and the physical gratification."

Realistically, there should be no expectation of a call or "upgraded" attention based on two horny people getting their physical needs met "with another person involved".

I agree. You can't sleep with someone and expect that it seals any deal. You've known the guy 5 years, you may know him another 5 years. You can act like it never happened, be cordial to him and not do it again. Or you can mope and drive yourself crazy and try to get back at him. Not the best plan of action.

I would write it off as a booty call and learn from it.
