My opinion is that an intelligent person wouldn't make such an assumption in the first place. I'm blonde haired, blue eyed and it irks me when people make the bimbo assumption based on my looks, so I wouldn't think a TDH guy is a player just coz of his looks. It's a generalisation and a stereotype that, if you let get in the way, would stop you meeting a lot of great people simply because of how they look and that's a shame.

My ex was a TDH guy - very attractive to our female friends and girls in general, but he was so clueless to the signals women gave off, he wouldn't have known how to be a player if it came with an instruction manual. :-p

Honestly, I think it comes down to actions speak louder than words. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, behaves like a duck, it probably is one...but I want more than 'LOOKS like a duck' to go on before I make up my mind....and I hope people make the same considerations when judging me.

Why do guys assume all blondes are bimbos? Ya know? (rhetorical btw)

JMHO

It doesn't matter what he looks like. If he acts like a player, he's going to be thought of as a player. Most good looking men have many women throwing themselves at them. It's much easier to get a not so good looking man than it is a good looking one. The competition is greater with a good looking man. He has more options and he's less likely to settle or take what he can get. It doesn't mean he's a player.
