Unbearable situation

I have found myself in an unbearable situation with an ex-boyfriend. We finally ended it for good after going through a series of reunions and break-ups. I know it is for the best, but I have had a hard time letting go. Unfortunately, we live within the same block. Here's my problem. He has a rich, new girlfriend whose house is within sight of mine and I have been forced to watch as he romances another woman. It is impossible not to see him coming and going and doing the same things for her that he once did for me. I no longer feel comfortable at home and have a constant dread of seeing them face to face. We no longer even speak to each other. Please help me deal with this difficult and unfortunate situation. I really can't afford to move and frankly, I don't want to let him run me out of the neighborhood and a home I love.

The good news here is that you CAN remove yourself from this situation. You need to busy yourself, not even LOOK in that direction and build a new and exciting life for YOU! Any time you feel sad, remember that even if he has found the greatest love of his life, he wasnt meant for YOU...you two were obviously mismatched (hence the repeated breakup/reunion cycle). Rejoice in the fact that you are now free and available to find a wonderful man. Focus on the exciting opportunities in front of you. Best of luck.
