what can I do?

Hi, Maybe someone can help me out here. I have had a crush on this guy for a long time. Finally, three months ago, I told him over e-mail because I was too nervous to tell him on the phone. He called me the next day and left a message and said, 'I was attractive to you too....... rightnow I am working on a relationship....I don't want to play any games'. After that we were fine. We spoke on the phone and decided to be friends just the way we were. Last weekend, I saw him at a family gathering (his family is friends with my family) after three months. I still felt a connection between us. It seemed like he was flirting with me the whole two days I saw him. My friends who were there confirmed that he was. He kept looking at him. My friends said that they sensed some sort of chemistry between us. I still like him and am hoping that he will make a move. Or do you think I am looking too much into it?
I have a question for the guys.... when a girl tells a guy she has a crush on him and if he is not interested, is there a chance the guy might be interested in her later on? Will he make a move? and how do they convey to a girl they are interested?

Thanks

Is he still involved with the other woman?

Hi Ginger, I am not sure if he is still involved with the other woman or not. We never discussed his relationship with others, the fews times we spoke in three months. I don't know how to find out without being obvious.

Um, what's wrong with being obvious? He already knows how you feel about him. Why not just put it out there and find out if he's still in a relationship? If he is, then in my opinion he is off limits. If not, then I think the ball is in his court to make the first move since you made the move before.
