So met this guy about two months or so ago, and we hit it off pretty good. Went out a fe times in a period of three weeks and then the next couple weeks had a few excuses for not getting together - some legit, some questionable. I had told him that i was interested in getting together, and he said he was too...of coursekept saying he wants to get together but never acted on it, so i finally asked what the deal is and his repsonse was "he didn't think i was interested...sadly this took place through computer so we didn't talk on phone or face to face...

What kind of answer is that...my reply was, funny i was feeling the same about him and that is why i told him point blank i was interested - havent heard back

what the heck???

It seems that the guy didn't want to be honest about how he really felt. He kept on saying he wanted to get together, but never acted on it. It's possible that he lost interest and went on to date other women. The fact that the discussion took over the net says tons about him. He's not willing to meet you half way. I wouldn't think about him anymore. Move on to more willing partners.

lionstigersbears...

Pianoguy would like to quote a Ray Bolger line from THE WIZARD OF OZ...

"Some people without brains do an awful lot of talking!"

And then there are those...like the man you described...who wouldn't know the words to use if they were all written on "cue cards!"

When people only communicate...but don't have any desire to put their thoughts INTO ACTION, doesn't that tell you something?

Clearly he is not interested, and is not enough of a man to be honest about it. Let it go and find someone worth your time!
