Well, gosh, I sure would not call someone and expect them to be free at the last minute and be upset if that weren't the case!!!
I think you have a distorted idea of the difference between game-playing and allowing a man to show his interest by pursuing you. There's no game-playing necessary if you do the latter.
You don't need to be MIA--you just need to wait for him to call you back and ask you out. If he's interested, he will.
Yeah it's annoying but you haven't been dating that long where you're a fully fledged couple. So don't feel rejected but do pull back and wait for him to make the next move. In the meantime you can go cruising online!

It could be that he thinks YOU are the one playing games, since you initially gave him the boot and now you've changed your mind.
What I would do is let him know I'm interested (which you've done) and then go about my business until a time when/if I hear from him.
Letting things happen at a natural pace and living your life fully while you're dating someone is not games.
Sandra:
You are so right I seem to lose all sanity when I start dating someone I really like.
I totally agree with Sheri and SandraDee.
If this is

Hon, it's not GAMES to have a life and to not let your entire being revolve around a guy that you've been on a few dates with.
