i like reading all the fun stuff there is about body language and i was noticing that someone i've been involved with physically do some interesting things. we he and i are sitting down and talking on a bench he'll occassionaly lift the lower part of his time up as if to straighten it but he ALWAYS does it like 5 minutes after i do it. i was just curious if that meant anything like subconsciously. also sometimes he would while talking to me rub his nose occasionaly but that was mostly when we were outside. i dont know if it means anything at all just curious if it does. Thanks! :) *Lower part of his tie. Sorry! Lol.. yes we've already been intimate
i like have this tie fetish thingy lol. so i love touching his tie. thats why i aked the question. ill touch it or gently pull it from the base and then later he'll smooth it out or lift it up and smooth it out. hope it makes it clearer :)

Hi nickia,

I think body language is a huge indicator of what's going on in a person's subconscious. I've read that mirroring behavior is pretty common when two people are focused on each other. For example, while talking with someone over coffee both may take sips at the same time without realizing it. It's also a common practice to fiddle with clothing or objects when you're with someone you are attracted to as a side effect of nervousness. For example, a women might run her fingers through her hair, ot twirl a strand around one of her fingers while she's talking to a guy she likes. So, this guy adjusting his tie right after you might be a sign similar to that.

Or it could be some weird OCD thing of his. I guess it would depend on whether or not he adjusts it frequently even if you have not touched it.

Hi Holly! Thanks for responding. Umm I think he may do it like once or twice if I haven't touched it but he ALWAYS does it after I touch it. So, hopefully that's a good thing?

Hi nickia2006, how are you? Did you move yet? Are you still seeing the security guard dude?

The tie thing --- alot of guys don't like their ties touched. I'm not sure why - maybe a phallic thing and they want complete control over it? Dont know.

The nose rubbing thing --- well- remember the psycho doctor I was telling you about? He and his merry band of mad doctors in the state of Florida are involved with a gang and that gang is violent - could you believe doctors are purposely injuring patients in the OR and in their offices...it's all about greed, money and HMOs. But, this gang signals to each other by rubbing noses, scratching heads, clearing their throats, you know, really "innocent" type signals. So, this guy you are dating may be part of that gang - it does span across the nation. Doctors set up a network a long time ago. I did write our govt about it and they dismissed it and over the last 5 years I have about 18 people in my life that got attacked because of this, 2 are dead.

I read the article. It was cute. All that primping and preening must mean something. I don't know which I would be attracted to more...the flaring nostrils...or...the crotch display, hehehehe. They all think their's is the "big one", hehehe.

sounds like he's mirroring you with the tie part - for the two of you it's foreplay!
