wondering what to do....

Last year, in June, I worked with this guy whom, at the time, I had no romantic interest in...we were just friends. He worked with me for a month and left. A short while after that, I had left the job because I was starting graduate school. While I was gone, he had returned (but at the time I didn't know it). Then I returned in December; I was going to work around my school schedule. I was surprised and happy to see him (as was he) but heard that he was seeing another co-worker, so I forgot about anything further than a friendship. It turned out that he was not seeing the co-worker and we started dating. We got along phenomenally but I'm one year older than him and more ready for a commitment; he was not, and is not, ready. We went out for 5 months and he finally broke up with me because he is going to graduate school in Colorado, which is many states away from me. Our break-up was good because we still have so many feelings for each other. We continue to work together but he leaves at the end of this month. We have just started a new chapter in our lives...we decided to be good friends but whenever we hang out he tells me all these things like, "I miss you" or "You mean so much to me" and he hugs me or touches me on my arms. He wants to talk and visit each other as well. I don't know if I should continue being friends and hoping for, maybe, a future with him or just forget about it and move on? I mean, eventually he's gotta grow up right? And I would like to be there, in his life, when he does. Thank you so much....

Try not to go crazy looking for signs that aren't there. You both know where the other stands. He's moving away, let him go. If it's meant to be, then it will be. He may really care for you, but that's not enough to commit to something. Time will tell. In the meantime, don't sit around just waiting for him. If he calls, talk to him, but don't be chasing after him, and hoping he calls.
