Hi Buckeye,

I would be very careful, meet some where like a Waffle House, a Starbucks, that type of place where it is very open and a lot of people around.

Yes, meeting at a Starbucks for coffee is a good idea for a first meet.

I also agree with Beverly and Sheri, Starbucks is a great place to meet. So are book stores because they usually have little cafes in them of some sort.

I also use the internet to check out anyone I'm interested in. I check the local clerk of court records to see if they have been in trouble, I Google their name, if they give me an address I look it up with the local county property tax website to see who owns the property.

Yes....it is intrusive and no

When I did internet dating before, I never met anyone remotely dangerous.
